"I am writing to you tell you I made a mistake in buying Square Stix instead of your squaring poles. I am a homeowner doing my own window instal, and prior to ordering the windows (going inside existing casings) I found that my casings are either some form of rhomboid or a trapezoid, and the distance next to the glass was different away from the glass, and to figure out exactly what is going on, thought having a set of squaring poles would help. Because I would rarely use something like this, I went for the lower cost choice, and it was a big mistake.The Square Stix are crudely made, and worst of all, they have missing inches between each series, and you have to add 1/2 inch to get the actual diagonal. And no instructions, I had to figure this out myself, and pity the customers that use them and not know. I tried contacting them, via the email address I have from the billing, and via their website contact window, but no response. They have no phone number to call.
